EFT is based on the ancient art of acupuncture and uses many of the same energy sensitive points on our body that are used in traditional acupuncture. Instead of activating these meridians with needles, we activate them through a series of gentle tapping while focusing on a specific problem or issue. This realigns the body’s energy system by resolving the negative emotions, fears, limiting beliefs or blocks - all of which make up what Judith calls the “Emotional Static" in our lives.
